Riki Liufau and the award-winning Nonosina Dancers instruct and demonstrate TAHITIAN DANCE, HAWAIIAN DANCE, MAORI POI BALLS, and a short session of FIRE KNIFE DANCE. There are performances in authentic costumes in various settings, with the instruction being filmed in a studio. No specific choreographies are taught, but lots of beginner, intermediate and advanced steps and movements are demonstrated and discussed. Then the steps are combined and danced to various traditional drum rhythms and tempos. All of the instruction is excellent! 4:3 aspect ratio. (50 minutes)
