Myriah's Polynesian Bazaar is owned and operated by 4 generations of my family, with the largest assortment of Hawaiian and Polynesian goods on the U.S. mainland. Our goal is to provide fast, knowledgeable, personalized service anywhere in the world while sharing the culture of Hawaii and Polynesia
We do not have a store, and we don't always keep store hours. But we’re usually here to take your calls from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Central time. If not, you’ll get the answering machine. Please leave your order or message with your name, phone number and/or email address, and any questions you have. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
ORDER ONLINE: You can order online using our secure convenient shopping cart program.
BY MAIL: Use the online shopping cart program, fill out the order form completely, and then print it out. Mail the order form with your check, money order, or credit card information, and send it to: Myriah’s Bazaar, P.O. Box 1029, Royse City, Texas 75189. Personal checks may have to clear your bank prior to shipping, which can take up to 10 days.

All items are usually in stock, at least in small quantities, except those listed as "Special Order" (see below). Because of the handcrafted nature of many of our items and so many different distributors, prices are subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items listed as "Special Order" are typically not in stock, but can be ordered at your request. If you need large quantities of a particular item, these too will probably have to be special ordered. This can take about 1-6 weeks depending on the item and distributor. (We'll give you a time estimate when you order.) Therefore Special Order items must be ordered separately with separate shipping charges, unless you want your entire order held until the special item arrives. Special Order items are not returnable and must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
We always try to keep everything in stock, at least in small quantities. But with over 4,000 different products from more than 200 different distributors worldwide, we are occasionally out of a particular item. If we expect the item to arrive within about 3-4 days, we will hold your entire order until it arrives. If it will take longer than that, we will ship the rest of your order, and let you know when to expect to missing item. This backordered item will then be shipped to you as soon as it arrives. If you don’t want to wait for the backorder, just let us know. You will not be charged for backorders until they are shipped. There are no backorders on international orders or merchandise less than $15, just reorder next time.
I know you’re anxious for your merchandise, and I don’t expect you to pay extra for fast service. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day! You can choose your preferred method of shipping when you check out online. The online shipping amounts shown are estimates only. We try to make them as accurate as possible, but depending on the weight and size of items to be shipped together, the actual amount can be da little different than the estimate. Your shipping paid will be the amount of the actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee, which will be shown on your final invoice.
Payment for orders must be in U.S. funds and checks or money orders must drawn on a U.S. bank. Ordering online or by fax with a VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL is the fastest and most convenient. The customer is responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes that may be owed in their country. We have no way of knowing what these may be. Complete and accurate U.S. Customs documentation must be affixed to each international package noting the exact contents with true quantity and retail prices.
Shipping charges and arrival time can vary greatly depending on your order's weight, size, and the country it's being shipped to. Express Mail takes approximately 3-7 days and Priority Air Mail takes approximately 1-2 weeks. Occasionally after arrival, packages will then get delayed by that country’s custom's office. Once your package leaves our building we have no control over the time in transit or the time in customs, and we cannot make any guarantees on delivery times. Only Express Mail or UPS International packages can be tracked and UPS will charge you a broker fee on international orders.
Small items may be able to ship in Flat-Rate International envelopes or boxes at reduced Priority Air Mail prices, but we are unable to show all of these methods this during checkout. If we are able to ship your order this way we will, and reduce your shipping charges accordingly. If you need to know your exact shipping before you order, just send us an email.
Postal insurance is available to some countries, but not all. Unfortunately the Post Office does not show which countries offer insurance in our drop-down boxes, but you can request to purchase insurance in the "Order Comments". If you do not purchase insurance or insurance is not offered to your country, we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we try to accurately picture and describe each item. But if you are unhappy with an item you may return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or store credit, as long as it is in sellable, original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Cut fabric or skirting, Special Order items, and clearance/sale items are not returnable. Dvds, videos, cds, and cassettes may only be returned if in their original shrink-wrap. If defective, the item will be replaced with another of the same title. Return postage will be refunded only for defective merchandise or when we have made an error.
