The simulated flax piupiu skirt (made from 100% cotton) is made to imitate the genuine Maori skirt. It has an elastic waist with a velcro closure to fit various sizes and the length can easily be cut to a shorter length if desired. The black polyester dress has a lined printed
bodice in the front, attached underskirt, elastic shoulder straps, and
two wide velcro closures in the back. The 1" wide printed cotton headband (tipare) has an elastic strip in the back to fit all sizes.
