Here's a versatile
1950s halter dress pattern that was never used and is still factory
folded. The pattern, envelope and instructions are all in great
condition. This stunning dress features flattering gathers at the front
of the bodice and a halter neckline that can be made with narrow binding
or wider binding that forms a fold-over collar. The skirt can be made
slim with back darts and front pleats, or make it full in a long or
mid-calf length that gathers at the waist. The dress buttons up the
back and you can add optional buttons down the front of the bodice and a
ribbon tie belt. The full dress can be made of a sheer fabric and worn
over the slim dress made in a matching color. Make an elegant evening
gown or use Hawaiian print fabric to make a stylish retro halter dress!
