Vintage Polynesian Pattern is for a pullover style fitted long or short dress with a graceful free flowing back panel. It features front and back darts and an inside hook at the back waistline to form the back panel. It can be made sleeveless or with short sleeves. This vintage pattern is uncut, unused, still factory folded and in excellent condition; the envelope however is tattered and the top flap is missing.
