WOW! This is an absolutely classic vintage sarong dress from the 1950's! It is made from a bright yellow cotton with white and red hibiscus with brown leaves throughout. It fits like a glove because of the elastic shirred side panels that stretch firmly and the the boned and darted "bullet bra" bodice. The diagonal accent and fitted lined bodice with back metal zipper will really show off your curves. The sarong style skirt fully overlaps in the front and ties at the hip above the classic pleated and draped skirt. The tag in the dress reads "Surfriders Sportswear" "Made in Honolulu Hawaii" "14". The optional button-on kikepa shawl can be worn hanging down the back or wrapped around the shoulders. The measurements are: Bust about 34" unstretched - stretches comfortably to about 36", Waist 26"-28", Length 31" from the waist to the hem. This dress is in excellent like new condition.
