What luau would be complete without poi? Made by pounding the root of the taro plant, it's been a staple of the Hawaiian people for centuries. Just add water to this 3oz. jar of powdered poi, microwave or cook a few minutes, and you've got a pound of fresh tasting poi! Contains no fat, cholesterol, or sugar.

Sweet, mild Hawaiian coconut pudding makes a great luau dessert! Just add water, cook, and refrigerate in a shallow pan until set. Cut  into  cubes to serve.
