Lessons progress from simple steps and movements to variations of increased difficulty and speed. Mirror imaging is used to make following the instructor easier. Each song is then taught one phrase at a time with slower music for learning the steps and hand gestures, and then at performance speed. You will learn: Dance Hula Girl, Blue Hawaii, Pua Iliahi (about the fragrant sandalwood tree), and Hawaiian Wedding Song (in both English and Hawaiian). (63 minutes)
